Best way to dispose of a chevy "scrub" engine

Best way to dispose of a chevy "scrub" engine
I bought a old 50 ford pickup with a blown up 327 in it, should I dig a hole and give it a burial, or use it for a boat anchor??
I am replacing it with the original flat 8.

Take the head off, sit the block in the flower bed, paint it FORD blue and plant a flower in each cylinder DW
