Did you see the idiot when he left the shop. He crosses center, nearly taking out parked vehicles, then runs a stop sign. All the while wearing Oakland Raider apparel. Man, now people are going to say, " See, dem all like dat". Referring to Raider fans. I quit!!

I have news for you, that same decoration was sold in joke shops for many years as a means of making people you don't like appear to be complete idiots. An "EXHAUST WHISTLE" is nothing new, and used to be sold in the backs of COMIC BOOKS!
Under the law, ignorance is not an excuse, but it appears we have a landmark decision on our hands here, since this is the most demonstrably landmark instance of shear ignorance that I can recall.
Please try not to take it personally - but WERE YOU BORN THAT WAY???? I find it difficult to credit that anyone could be so markedly deficient in common sense....
Although this court can not fine you in a legal meaning of the term, we find you collectively devoid of sufficient "pennies for your thoughts" to create a JINGLE!
I strongly suggest you consult WEBSTERS DICTIONARY in hopes you should someday discover the definition of what an "ANNOYANCE" constitutes!

I think Bubbs has been breathing out his whistle too much. His driving skills are....well as good as his budgeting. Wonder how much those peices of junk go for.
I don't know when it was passed but, Texas has a law against it. Probribly over 30 years old.
