We are really checking to see the road conditions over the construction before taking the truck through it so will be taking the car today..ttyl

 

Thats good Steve. Aside from the traveling so to speak. I took a few days off for the 4th and that is pretty much it for me taking anymore time off this summer. I have a leave blackout coming up in August due to the students coming back. That will last into September.

 

Hope the construction is not too bad John so you can take the truck to,a show and shine..

I can understand the leave blackout Shaun.. need all hands on deck at the start of the semester..

 

That we do Steve. That applies only to us in dispatch because we get busy alot sooner then the officers do with all of the sports teams that come back early.

 

The grandkids head back to school the 2nd of next month, I think that is what my daughter told me..

 

We start the fall semester September 5th here. And the state has changed when the schools start so that they start after labor day as well. Alot of democrats in the state house here did not like it even though all of the businesses and families were all for that.

 

They have a ton of breaks down this way.. thus having to start early..

 

We dont have that many in the school system. As for the university we have a fair bit of breaks. We have the fall break, thanksgiving break. Then the winter break, sring break, easter break, then summer break.
