Other than bore/stroke, are there any differences between the 370 and the 429/460 that would hinder interchangability or make one or the other a better truck engine? I'd assumed these were all the same basic motor, but have lately been told otherwise.

 

The medium/heavy truck 370 & 429 might have a bigger crank snout. This may make it hard to install light truck external parts.
