Transmission cooler line help

Transmission cooler line help
I have 2008 F250 with the external toilet paper style transmission filter. The lines that run from the filter up to the cooler lines in the front need replaced. Has anyone done this? Not sure how to snake the old lines out therefore I'll be unable to get the new ones in. Doesn't seem to be enough room between the oil pan and the cross member. Please help.

Id suggest running them light you run wiring. Undo both sides of the old lines and up top duct tape the new lines to the top of the old lines and pull the old lines through which should also pull the new lines into the right spot. Hope that helps and Im not thinking of the totally wrong thing.

Good to see it worked out...I know it's not the same truck but just went through some line replacement ( including the trans cooler lines) on my 03'. In about a year or so it went from the fuel line, a power steering cooling line, a brake line, one part of the transmission cooling line to another. Most rotted in areas that were little hard to see. Just saying once one starts, keep a close eye on the other's.
