I guess my next question is... is there any difference between the SRW and DRW liners? the reason I ask is because the trucks in the pictures for the part number you provided are SRW.
I don't know if there is any difference. There is a thread on here from around Feb. - Mar. that has more information. Someone posted here that he purchased the part number that I listed and he had them installed on his truck. Mine are on and that part number work properly.

The DRW's come with partial liners...I'm just going to paint the Gold with Black paint or liner. Did you receive the PM I sent...I cleaned my inbox and it may have gotten deleted.

The front and rear wheel liners are the same for both the SRW and DRW. Yes I have a DRW and have personally installed the wheel well liner in about 20 minutes. Very simple procedure.
i installed the Ford rear lineers on my 2019. Installed perfect uses existing holes. Lined up perfect. makes the truck look finished. i also was confused on which ones to get. I went with the OEM and have no regrets
Same here, 2019 F-350 DRW and installed HC3Z9927886B. Super easy although I trimmed mine to fit around my Gatorback mud flaps, once trimmed about 10 minutes each side to install.
I used the Penda ones. There was another thread on hear a while ago saying these are the same as the factory ones but cheaper. And Advance auto has a 20% off every now and then. I got mine for $89.31 shipped.
