Just got new tires Friday. Now I have a very noticeable shaking right at 35-40mph. Doesn't do this at any other speeds and test d up to 80mph. Took back to where I got the tires and told them and they rebalanced them and yet it still does it. Could it be a bad tire? What am I missing?

did they torque the lug nuts properly?? or just gun them down?
Do you have alum rims , or steel?? one might be bent?? BUT , one would think that a reasonable tire shop would see that and notify you.
Also could be that you have a U-jount going bad? What about a warped brake rotor....did they check for that?
DO you feel it in the steering wheel?? or the floorboard or seat?
Suppose a tire is out of round?
No amount of balancing will account for that when it rolls on the road.
If you did not have the issue before the new tires or before or after the brake job.
At least you can check for the out of round condition by holding a piece of chalk in the center of the tread without touching and see if a high spot shows on any front wheel.
Jack up the rear on jack stands and put in drive and make that check safely and even see if the rear vibrates at speed.
Some one has to do these checks if the issue is going to be found.
Good luck.

Could be a bad tire. Maybe a bead didn't fully seat. Did they use bead seating lubricant? Did they/you clean the back side of the wheel and the hub where the wheel centers?
Does anyone one in your area have a Road Force balancer? That will identify a tire problem.
Or try what blue suggested. And or try rotating you tires to see if the issue changes.
Only thing is that the chalk test can be fooled if your tires take a set from being parked for a while.
Think of the Road Force balancer as applying ~750 lbs force to the "chalk" and measuring any variance in the flex/stiffness of the sidewall as the tire slowly rotates, at the same time measuring any radial runout in the wheel rim. It then can identify if the tire should be repositioned on the rim to minimize any variance in the two measurements
Yeah I live in a small town in Oklahoma. I don't think anyone within an hours drive would have a road force tester. Walmart is the best choice for tires. Fortunately, they've got a couple of techs in there that know what they're doing. They're Jeep guys and we share tips on our jeeps. They're pretty good in my opinion.
+1 if you can get yourself to a place that has road force balancer. As someone who is tire industry association certified, its the only way to make sure its not the tire.
Noticed something interesting this morning. Not sure if it's related to the shaking but is possible. I was driving 40 and accelerated to pass a car and it shifted pretty hard. Almost like I heard something hit underneath. Usually it shifts harder but smooth when passing like all other cars but this time was much harder. No clue what gear that would be in. But it shakes when coasting and or accelerating from 35-40mph.
Feels like it's coming from the left rear. If I get time I'll mess with it this evening. Also noticed my rear diff has fluid on it coming from the drive shaft.
I'm pretty sure I can eliminate the tires from the equation. I noticed a shutter when I pulled into the garage. I was creeping in as it's a tight fit and noticed it would shutter as I let out the brakes and the driveshaft first started to rotate.
Any advice on how to fix it?
Possibly found the root of my problems. While I was installing the u joints I noticed my flange yoke for the rear of my driveshaft is cracked almost all the way through. So waiting on a new one to arrive from amazon. $30 on amazon and $90 from ford dealer.
