That is a nice looking truck. There's something odd going on with the bed though. It has the same tail gate trim panel my '69 Ranger has and the same bed side reflectors but it has the '70-'72 reflectors under the tailights.
I can't read what the emblem on the side of the bed says but if the truck is a Ranger, it's missing the bright trim around the rear window. I'm guessing by the shadowy outline of the rear end that the truck is an F250 (?). The cargo light is also installed upside down. --I'd still drive it though. Regardless if some things are changed up on it, it's good that this nice example is still running the roads.

I see the red, white, and blue under the Ranger emblem. Note no side marker lamp on the bedside. I think the owner built it with what he or she appreciates the most.
that,s a sharp looking truck. they may have done like i am going to do on mine. i am going to put some Ford trim that came stock on other years that i think will look good on mine .i.e . the trim panel on the tailgate. mine did not come with a trim panel but i have one and it will be going on my truck. i am not how ever going to get stupid with it and use every piece of trim made for 67/72 trucks. just enough to give it a little pop.
