Symptom: Often, either right as I drive off or sometimes after a mile or two, I'll get on it a little bit, and she stumbles, and pops like popcorn at any RPM until I get on it more then she pulls like she should. It will behave this way for a little bit, or for many miles on the highyway. Sometimes after coming to a stop a couple times seems to make it go away. This condition also happens after hard pulls like getting on the highway. Hot or cold leaves me to believe this is not related to open/closed loop. Typically, after my morning drive it will not happen throughout the day.
I've tested fuel pressure with/without vacuum and it's right on the money.
Smog deleted but sensors plugged in. EGR deleted with EVP removed.
Last codes I got were for EGR and 41 and 91 (lean). I'll retest tonight and reply.
Guys, with the intermittent symptom and all the power when this does not happen leads me to believe this is an EFI issue and not mechanical. I suspect a bad or faulty PIP, but want your input on what I can test next!
how many miles on the engine or the heads. sounds like it might need a valve job. lean conditions make this situation worse. timing can add to this too.

About `12k on the engine and heads, machined and assembled with new components. Timing is 14 BTDC with spout out. I only run 93 through it.
