I'm looking at a 1999 Super Duty extracab short box 6spd powerstroke F350 4X4. Its got 129000 km (about 75000 miles). Just a few thing concern me. 1)At highway speed, if you get on the brakes the anti locks start going. I'm not on the brakes that hard and its dry pavement. This can't be normal. 2) Stone cold I waited for the wait to start light to go out and cranked it over. It spun over for a 3-4 count before firing up. Its around 85 dgrees out side kind of got that feeling theres a issue here or is that normal. Thanks for your help

Are you sure it was antilock brakes and not the rotors being warped bad?!
warped rotors are common on our trucks
Has this truck had a clutch put in it ?
clutch problems are common also with that many miles.
Just a couple thoughts
