Angry Hear that sound? That's the sound of me getting screwed.

Well, about six months after swapping in new axles so's I could have 3.55's and LS instead of 3.08's and open diffs, I thought, "Hmm, my speedometer should be further off than this." Tonight, after doing the math, come to find out, "Hey, they're not 3.55's, they're like a 3.21 or something." Great. Wonderful. Terrific. I have no way of being sure what I've really got, since the tags are long gone... Guess I'm stuck now, oh well. I just needed to vent.

I'm still mad though.

Pull the cover and get your info on the ring-gear, that might help.

All you have to do, is lift the tires off the ground. Put a chalk mark on the driveshaft, turn a tire 1 revolution and count how many times the driveshaft rotates. If it rotates 3 times it's a 3.08.....3 and 1/2 times it's a 3.55...if it's in the middle...it's a 3.31.
