They are Milanni's. The style number is 552. They are 22's wrapped with 305/24/22 Falkens. I'm not sure what the off-set is. Believe it or not, the grill gets more attention than the rims!!!

Looking for Pictures!

I personally really like the 20" wheels with large tires. I am considering 20" rims with 305-50-20 tires. Anyone have pictures of this combo or experience with this on a '03 or '04 Expy?

Petroman - I share your opinion on the 20's vs. 22's. Be sure your 20's are wide enough for the 305s. I've been searching for 20s for my 03 EB for several weeks now. I've talked to what seems like almost every wheel dealer in Dallas about size/offset. I have been cautioned about the 305's being too wide, bowing out around the rim & wearing very unevenly. 285-50-20 seems to be a better fit. Due to the +35 offset required, the widest 20inch wheel I can find is 8.5 - 9inches wide...apparently not wide enough for the 305's.

Just look at the web site for the tire and find the size you want and it'll show the recommended wheel width. I have 8.5 on mine with 305-50's.

Just passing on info from tire guys. Not that the tire wouldn't fit, but that there could be some wear issues. What wheel tire combo do you have? Can you post a pic? Making a decision on what to buy next week, so any info would be a great help.

I have been researching as well and have found that most 305-50-20 tires indicate that an 8.5" wheel is sufficient. I did find a '03 or '04 Expy with 305's in the picture gallery on this site. The 305's really don't look that large after all. Any others with experience with the 305/20" combo?

I know you guys are talking about 20 inch rims...... but for the record.

I have 22" ION 188 rims with Kuhmo 305/45/22r tires.

I've loaded some to my gallery...I'm wondering how I import them into a post...I guess I could use some guidance on how to link them to a post. Just point me in the right direction...

Thanks,
Scott

I personally think the bottom line is this. We live in a country that allows us freedom of choice. Those of you who choose to put 18, 20, or larger rims & low profile tires on, have the right and choose to do so.

As a fellow American, I have the right to decide if I personally like it or not. My choice is that I don't. Would I ever go up to someone who is proud of their vehicle and tell them I think it looks dumb, probably not unless they were being a jerk.

So, You choose to like the big wheel look, I choose not to. Pretty simple really.

Scott,

Under each picture is a link called "Forum Codes". Click on it and it will open a new window that reveals the URL needed to insert a picture.

Choose the size. (Thumbnail is better for dial-up users. )

Copy and paste the WHOLE URL (including the [ img ] part) into your post.

See?

Now to see what I did, just hit "Quote" and it'll show you how the code works.

Nice truck, BTW!

Thanks Ken!

So, let me see how this works... if I go to my gallery and copy the codes from a pic, then paste them here, then the picture will show up in my post...let's try it.

VERY Cool!!!

its all about preference, and the intended use... i think the right wheel and tire combo makes for a great street look, for those who want the street bling! i prefer the stock size for my off road hunting trips!

I like my new 20's

Just mounted new 20's and I live how it looks. Still have all capabilities off road as original but much greater performance on road. I think the original post was confusing 20 for 24" rims. The twenty only deducts 1.5' from the tire sidewall height. Also the new rims are 9" wide with a tread width increased to 11.5". Using Good Year Eagle GT 2 tires 285/50/R20. I think they look sweet.

<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

The whole move was a result of my vibrating stock tires whith their sloppy performance. Could not see 17” tires as an upgrade.
