Private Message Permission Request
Hi Guys,
Went looking and searching for the protocol to have private message permissions but came up blank. I need to send a note and for the life of me I am either blind or have an account issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

A new user will have PM capabilities after they have been registered for 10 days and have also made 5 posts.
Post a few more times and check back after your 10th day of being registered and your User CP should show the unlocked feature.
