I have a 1994 F-150 with a 302 and I am looking for a factory guage cluster with a tack. The dealer wants $400.00 for one and they wont sell it to me, they want to install it? Any suggestions....l.

Look at recycle yards and junkyards. www.copartfinder.com has trucks that you can bid for parts on. $400 is rediculus.

I found that 93-97 original style cab dash clusters will fit. But be careful to check out the wiring plug location. The dealer (if you have one that will let you check books) has info about wiring. 93 is different thatn 94 and later because of such additions as air bag warning light etc. All I had to do was to wire the harness plugs to match the cluster locations. Research is the key. Good luck. Mine cost me $100 at a yard.
