I would take those if they are a reputable brand and not cheap eBay stuff.

Personally I would skip those. There is a reason they never installed them, think about that. If you're going to go through all the work of replacing the headers at least make sure you're doing it with the best parts available. Go with the Banks kit like a few of us have, it'll last you forever.

I disagree. the banks kit is 5 times as expensive. I'd pick them up if I was local and wouldn't be afraid to install. there's plenty of reasons why they may not have been installed...the install sucks. are the banks 5 times better? I doubt it.
that said I have the banks kit. its just super expensive. if these were an option when I was looking for a deal I would have jumped on them..my 2 cents.

I was about to say exactly that. Can't afford the banks and I need to do something as my existing ones are leaking bad and most of the studs are cracked. Already contacted the guy, trying to figure out how to pick them up/ meet up.

The potential downside is you still retain the factory Y pipe. If your goal is to only repair the leaks then it may be a good value for you...or take the opprptunity to improve the Y pipe while you're changing to headers. I haven't looked to see if they are available but Remflex is a very good header gasket. Just be sure to retighteb after several heat cycles.

When you contacted the seller did he provide any additional info such as the manufacturer (I can see a plate on one tube but can't blow up the image enough to read it) or if there is a Y pipe in the kit. They look like shorties from the pic, just not sure what all comes with....
I don't know, I would just save up for the banks. After trying to do it on the cheap it didn't work out and I spent more than if I had just done it right the first time. Someone gifted me a used set that needed to be fixed. I sent them to a member on here that welds and he fixed them. I installed them and they still leaked. I spent about $150 on shipping and parts to fix them and in the end I scrapped them for $0.25 at the local yard (along with a few hundred pounds of other metal). Had I just bought ones with no history I would have saved weeks of work and tons of money.
I see the letter TS FAST or T5 FAST. Google turns up nothing for either. I'm guessing they are eBay headers. It's a gamble either way but provided they are installed properly, they should be OK.
