You know most of what the VIN will tell you except where the truck was made ...Its got a 5.0L engine , the 5 is a check digit , whatever that means , It was made in Wayne , Michigan , the B42804 is a production sequence number . Other than the rims , tires , bugscreen & rollbar it looks stock , What is it that you want to make stock ?

Sorry for the misinfo on the build location , The Example on the diagram I looked at used L , Which is Wayne , Michigan ...K L Next to one another in the alphabet , I typed in the L location instead of the K location .
Paul, I was looking mainly at the engine. It has a 5.8L 351 in it and I was about to start on a complete resto. and was hoping that maybe the 5.8L was stock. thanx for your help.
