2000 Expedition - Replace Rear Door Lock Actuator - Help Needed
Hello all. It's been a LOOOONG time since I last posted. I'm trying to replace the rear driver side door lock actuator on my 2000 Expedition. I've drilled out a rivet on the outside of the door to free the actuator from the door body. I have removed the latch mechanism (3 torx screws). I just cannot determine how to get the linkage off so that I may remove the actuator from inside the door. I see yellow things and a green thing...Any and all suggestions/information to help me accomplish this would be very much appreciated. Tips on putting the new one in would be great, too. I can then apply said knowledge to do the other rear door, too. Thanks in advance. Keith.
