2003 Powerstroke 7.3 no start

2003 Powerstroke 7.3 no start
Hi guy's,
I have a 2003 7.3lt f250 which will not start. I have replaced the PCM, IDM and in cab fuse box also checked all the relays and fuses under hood, I have checked the 3 plugs which go through the fire wall on the drivers side {RHD} there is no power to the idm pin 14. The truck did start the other day and ran for 5 minutes and then shut down.
Any help would be appreciated, this truck was made in Brazil right hand drive for Ford Australia. I have also checked the injector resistance.

#2 9.5 ohms
#3 4.3 ohms
#4 4.1 ohms
#5 3.7 ohms
#6 4.5 ohms
#7 4.5 ohms
#8 3.6 ohms

The 14 pin on which connector exactly? The IDM, unless they moved it in Brazil, should be on your passenger side. Are you checking the connector at the IDM, or a connector under the dash? Since you've got wires in places we don't, under dash connections might be hard to compare.
I don't have anything for 2003 handy, but how does what you have compare to this 2002 diagram?
And what about the 12 volt signal from the key? Have you traced it through the relays and to the IDM, PCM, etc?

Hi,
The diagram attached is the one I have, The IDM connector is on the left side of the vehicle the same as the US model. I might have to post some pictures of the under hood fuse box. I have checked power to the pcm and idm relay and it's all good. Also pulled apart the ignition switch and checked that.

If we're working off the same diagram, then having power at the IDM relay, but not at pin 14 of the IDM connector means either a bad relay or a short between the relay and connector.
In case you don't have them, here's two more from the 02 US model. These are connector pin outs with color codes.
Looks like pin 14 should be DG/LG colored wire, which I guess is either dark green with light green tracer or possibly it's gray instead of green. I'm not good with colors.
