Check out the stats on tirerack.com for tire dimensions. It lists tire diameters and other stuff. You can see if the larger width also increases the diameter. I doubt there is much of a diff in diameter between 235s and 265s. Best way to double check is run a measured mile at 60 mph (if you can bear to go that slooow). At 60mph, the mile will take exactly 1 minute. If it takes less, you speedo is reading low, if more than 1 minute, speedo is reading high. Hope this helps.....
Thanks autobahn, my original tire were 31.72 inches, compared to 31.64 inches. The speedo calculater deal came out to be nothing worth worrying about. thanks
Thats what i originally had 235/85,and now have 265/75.I thought that the 265,s were taller, but the 235,s are taller according to the chart on that website. only 8/10th,s of an inch,
