I've been MIA from this site working on another project . My wife's 84 El Camino . Thought i'd post up some pics of the progress .
new Gm crate 350 motor
stripped the 1 day paint job off did body work and primered
changed out chrome bumpers for Fiberglass tucked style
added AR torq thrust 2 17x8 wheels with 235/50 255/45 tires
added 2" cowl hood .
just started the first blocking of primer with 180 dry long board .

oh also installed Ebach drop springs
hopefully wrapping this up in next month or so then back to Pebbles

Thanks guys ! I miss this site , the GM crowd over at El camino central just aren't that friendly .

Looks Good Mike. A lot better. But...what...no Cadillac tail lights frenched in up in the bedsides where tail lights belong?

Cadillac tail lights been done to many times .
now if i layed them done horizontal in place of the originals ..hmm

Nice work on that G-body "Hellcamino". The stance is spot on... I've always had a soft spot for that series. I think it's the modern day shoebox.
