Im looking for a Donor Cab for my 56 F100 Big Window. Please let me know if you have one available. Needs to be rust free in the rain gutters in them and directly under. Thanks Kirk
Here is a link in the St Louis area, he may have something.
I went out there and looked. I bought some fenders but almost all his stuff is 53-55. He does have a nice 53-55 Cab.
Went through the same problem (rusted 56 Roof) on my truck. Bought a messed up (been picked up by the roof) and a 56 roof I thought was clean. Alas sand blasting let me know other wise. While at the F-100 Super Nats I talked to Terry of Terry's F100s. He might have a roof but he also makes fiberglass roofs. Mid Fifty has the gutters.
Good luck
I have 4 spare cabs here. Roof rail rot is not a problem in my area. The bottom 12" of the cab can be rotted off, before there's ever rust in the rain gutters. As was said, we'll need to know where your at. Shipping is going to be a killer, even for a roof cut. *edit* I see from your other post you're in SoCal. How much you want to spend on a farm fresh ND cab?
They had some at the F100 super Nationals. They will be holding the event again in Sept.
When a seller from Fresno, CA is advertising on a Knoxville CL site then you know that his prices are TOO high. I have dealt with this seller in the past and all the parts I have seen him put up for sale are priced high.

How much are you thinking for a 56 roof cut off the cab? I'm in need of one and may be traveling through MN in the near future.
