you really havent given much info to go on here.
what year truck and what engine, transmission ?
first thing i would do is try to find a quiet time when you can definitely determine whether the pump is running or not.
also, please toss in a few commas and periods in the appropriate spots. i thought i felt a stroke coming on while trying to read this .

SORRY DID NOT KNOW I HAD TO HAVE GOOD GRAMMER TO GET SOME HELP I AM LUCKY IF I SPELL CORRECT ANYWAY .. THERE'S ALOT OF GOOD & HELPFUL PEOPLE ON HERE AND I DO THANK ALL THEM I JUST NEEDED SOME HELP SO .,., IF GRAMMER IS THAT INPORTANT I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO LEAVE THE SITE FOR GOOD!!!! BUT I REALLY LIKED KEEPING UP WITH THE BUILDS BUT I GUESS THAT DON'T MATTER ONLY GRAMMER THANKS NOT THAT ANY OF THIS MATTERS BUT H...LL I GOT MY BIG BOY PANTS ON !!!

What is the fuel pressure? What year, and engine? Did you replace the fuel filter when you replaced the pump?
