Have passenger plates on my 87 F250 SC.
When I first put pass plates on my 86 F250 SC about 22 years ago, I had to have it weighed (both tanks almost empty, no spare, no tailgate to make sure under the required 5000 pounds) present original weigh slip, and have a "permanently" attached cap on it.
At that time needed pass plates for certain roads on LI.
