Are the 18's hitting the streets a little earlier this year?

I've been working at a Ford dealership for the last 30+ yrs. New vehicles used to come in at the dealership starting in August. Example 2001's came in 8/00. That changed when Ford usually had a body change. Now who knows when new models come in. Case in point 2015 F150 where late coming in due to the fact that they went to aluminum bodies.

My 2015 was built on 10/15/15 then shipped on 10/30/15. That's as late a build as I've ever seen.

All in due time but i`d say the Ford website will be ready to configure a 2018 vehicle in the next 2-4 months.

Before I purchased my 2016, the website wasn`t updated from the 2015`s until almost December.

Perhaps you could stop by your local dealer.

Check with a dealer. I have a 2018 F150 Lariat on order from the dealer that I work at. Got my vin number already.

Delivery date is week of 8/21/17

Mine was assembled earlier this week and its awaiting shippment. My rep at the dealer sent me a copy of the window sticker, everything ordered is there. Should be here by the 20th of August
