Rear brake locking

Rear brake locking
The right rear brake on my 57 F-350 is locking up during braking. I pulled the drum and the shoes look farely new. I am wondering if it is my wheel cylinder causing it or if something else is wrong?

Rear brake locking
Some ideas, Is their brake fluid or axle oil on the shoes, Is the short shoe on the front and the long shoe on the back, Is the parking brake cable stuck on a little, Are the other 3 brakes working, Are the ends of the shoes chamferd at the top and the bottom of the shoes, just some ideas

Rear brake locking
We have had the same problem with an f-5 many times when the truck sat for a long time.The inside of the wheel cylinder would glaze and would have to be honed out by someone to restore brakes .
