Are you using a meter or test light? If you have known power to the switch, have jumpered across the switch, then there has to be power at the other side of the switch. This means the wiring downstream toward the light itself, or the light itself or the ground is bad. Is this a rewire job with new wiring? Have you checked the ground at the lamp housing? Do you have a known good bulb?
yes this is new wiring and it worked great till i replaced the front calipers which i know has nothing to do with it at all , and taillights work great
This particular switch operates on the front brake line circuit. Since you worked on the front brakes I would have to assume that your actions caused the failure. Usually a pressure switch will fail when there is not enough pressure in the line...I would check for air in the line. Bleed thoroughly, and if you are running Wilwood calipers with dual chambers be sure to bleed BOTH sides. Good luck.
