If your truck puills right, the alignment can still be in factory specs. You need higher "caster" on the right than the left....Ford specs a .05 degree cross caster, but what you need is a -.05 degree cross caster with the right being .05 degrees higher than the left. Sometimes you don't need quite that much cross caster, but it is Ford's maximum. Ask your dealer to check this closely and make sure than tech on the alignment rack knows what he is doing, or else take it to a GOOD alignment shop and have it done right.

pullin right
Especially here in the snowbound northeast, where our roads are highly crowned, there is a natural tendency to pull right. The best way to check if this is your problem is to find a straight stretch of open road and drive on the left. If the truck pulls left, then it is the road and not the truck creating the problem.
my work truck a 2002 f250 deisel pulls hard right also ,as did the 95 f250 did before it,you can't even take your hand off the wheel for a second or your rubbing the curb and the ungodly shaking in the front end it's unreal, people are pointing and laughing at me going down the street and the dealer says nothing is wrong with the front end, what happened to ford quality...
thanks for the help all. i took plenty of care to make sure it wasn't just the roads. i'm lived in the north east the majority of my life and am familiar with crowned roads. drove out on the highways...side roads...and forest roads....all with the same results...hard right pull. took it to the repair shop and apparently ford has some sort of "kit" available for these situations. i'll be picking the truck up late friday or saturday mornin. hopefully, the tech's will work it out. no big deal for me. it's the dealerships buck...not mine!
