I am new to this forum, so I don't know everything about it yet. But I will try to convey my problem the best I can.
I have a 2003 Expedition EB that has a broken plastic piece that goes up against the window. I don't know exactly what to call it, but you can see it in the pictures.
I wanted to replace this piece if it is not too much money, so that junk can't get in the door. I know that I don't necessarily need too, but it would be nice to have done none the less.
So my question is this: Can you tell me how much of the assembly on the door I would need too replace, and ideally link me to it online? Any other info I don't even know I need because I am not educated enough would be helpful as well.
I should add that the pictures of the sides of the strip are if it would help determine if it was one piece, or if it was connected to more of the assembly.
It's a one piece molding. But unfortunately it's not available new from the dealer anymore. You might be able to find one at a salvage yard that's useable.
