Inexpensive programmer for tire size?

Inexpensive programmer for tire size?
I'm finally getting around to putting some bigger tires on my truck. Ford wants 1hr of labor which is $100. Heck that has to be a good chunk of the price of a tuner. Any inexpensive tuners out there that can fix tire size that I may consider instead of just paying Ford to do it? I'm not too worried about adding HP, I'd rather stick to economy and longevity, but every once in a while might be nice if I'm hauling something (pretty rare anymore).
