The rear (side) pop-out windows on my '02 X have begun to sag at the back of the truck. They operate just fine, but the glass is actually touching the body when they are closed.
It's hard to get a good picture, but I've included a couple anyway

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a fix, easy or otherwise?
There are two brackets on each window at the hinge that are glued/epoxied to the glass itself. Check those for slippage. Check the edges to see if everything lines up.
You might want to take it to an auto glass shop and see if they can re-epoxy the mounts. Or line it back up.
Second taking it to a glass shop. That's your only real option. In the meantime PLEASE but a piece of cardboard between the body and the glass to keep from wearing through the paint!!!
