I am about to pull the trigger on some new shocks for my 2014 F250 cc sb 4x4 6.2.
I do not have the camper package or FX4 package, the truck rides like a brick wagon, but worse, even with the air bags in the back when I pull my travel trailer you might as well need a helmat.
Racho XL 9000 adjustables can be had for $373 on amazon, with the $100 rebate it brings it to 273.
Bilstines are 393, with no rebate.
I know it's a 3/4 and the 6.7's ride better because of the weight of the engine, but which shocks would be the better choice?
I pulled the trigger on the Ranchos but like what he said half will tell you 9000xl's half will say 5100's. Shockwarehouse has 5100's for 75$ a pop so both are close in price compared to Fox 2.0s
RS999047 RS999042 are for srw some sites will try and say RS999054 which is for drw
I went with the Bilsteins. Didn't need the adjustability of the Ranchos and Bilstein makes a quality product. I got a set for my 2011 Silverado 2500 as well.
i'm running the fox 2.0 with that said i have a small lift. The truck rides the same to me pretty rough on broken roads and so on the only difference I've noticed is big holes or speed bumps its alot better.
