I am lost at this point on this misfire

x2.. it does happen.
looking down on engine.. the side most forward is #1.. on a V6/V8/V10.
on the compression test.. I hope the throttle body was wide open.
I know, old stuff.
intake valve open
air in
fuel in
all valves closed.
spark
power
exhaust valve open
push exhaust out.
start over.
ALSO,, possible intake leak between # 3 and 4....

OOPS! Sorry. I was thinking of the Viper v10 that Dodge had with the conventional cam. Sorry Scott. Never mind what I said. Does not apply to your OHC motor. Thanks for pointing that out to me MisterCMK. You know, after age 65 brainfarts are cheap and numerous.
