Yeah, you wouldn't expect the alternator replacement to affect the running issue. You need to check fuel pressure as mentioned, for starters.

Checked the pressure starting and running and everything was normal I'm wondering if it's a computer issue or maybe my tuner setting something off

Hmmmmm, you never mentioned a tuner. You need to start back form the beginning instead of expecting members here to go on a WAG with you. Hope you get it figured out.

Everytime your truck stalls do you have to jump start it?

No when it stalls first I hear the engine starting to struggle like it's not getting enough fuel then I lose 99% of power in the accelerator pedal andthe engine continues to slowly die off until I'm stopped and it shuts it self off so I just sit there for a minute and try to think what would set it off but I'm just not sure so then I turn the key it starts up and idles rough so I Rev it up and it goes back to normal until it starts to die again

OK its not voltage related no more. Get a compatible scanner that can read our trucks then we fan go from there.

OK I'll have to get one in the morning I just was driving it and I found it that when ever I try to put my foot down and get her going when I'm above 45mph that's what seems to cause it to die

Check the tin nut on the IPR to see if it is tight. On my 96 C&C it was missing when I had my problem.

bring a cup of ice water with you, pour it on the IPR when it happens next and see if it starts back up

Oil level is good and when it dies it starts back up it just sounds like it's a v2 or v4 until I Rev it up a ton and start driving. I was reading other threads and bad camshaft sensor fits into the symptoms to I feel like.

Where would pin 42 be located?
