has anyone made a tool to install the knuckle seal I know there is instructions on making the tool for 2004 and older but that on doesn't work on the 2006 to small it don't make sense to me to pay over $100 just to drive n 2 seals

Yes, I have. Made one out of abs plumbing fittings. The seal end was a 4x3 bell reducer. Then a 3.5" long piece of 3" abs pipe. On that goes a 3" x 2" bell reducer. Then a 2" cleanout bushing with a 2" galvanized pipe plug caps it off on the end you will hammer on. Worked great. Here is a pic.
