Ugh. I hate the dentist to be so honest. I've gotten to the point where if I don't have issues, I don't go. Not sure why that is - but, it is.

 

I too hate them. I made the very large mistake of not going once, after I got out of the Navy. About 8 years later, I had to go, toothache. Found out my mouth had become a train wreck in those 8 years. 4 root canals, and 4 missing teeth later, here I am. Supposed to get implants of the teeth later this year, if my kids will stay out of the hospital, and stop making bills!!LOL

 

I know. It'll probably catch up with me eventually too - but, in the meantime...lol.

 

I wouldn't go too long, you'll be a missing-tooth goon like me!!

 

lol, I'm probably past that stage to a degree - had a few punched out in fights and stuff...

I just want these damn implants in. It'd be nice to have a full set of teeth again.

 

lol, of course it does. That combined with a dentist as a child that didn't believe in braces...ugh.

Impatiently waiting on someone to get back to me on parts - I called 2 hrs ago and asked about something and the guy said "I'll get back to you..."...lol.

 

Pat, the navy didn't teach you that flossing every day will reduce or eliminate tooth problems? I floss every day. i almost never have tooth problems (although i did have my first root canal last year due to an infection).

And man, nice day today! Charged up my battery in the hog last night, took it for a test drive and was all excited to ride it in today. Tried to start it and the battery is dead. i guess it's bad. oh well, maybe tomorrow if i can get to the harley shop and buy a new one tonight.
