Not the GM dealership in Dryden, I take my panel in there and sales personnel,parts and mechanics come out to take a look and talk with you. You pull up to this Ford dealership with an old Ford and they don't even bat an eye, you walk up to the parts counter and they eventually ask you What do you want? and you think to yourself a smile might be nice...lol

GM out sells all makes in Dryden because they look after you, only the diehard Ford fanatics keep buying Fords from this place and take their service someplace else..

they look at you like you are fresh meat ready to be eaten...

This GM dealership used to be like any other dealership until it was sold to an individual who believed the customer came first and when he sold it and retired the next owner carried the same philosophy when the realized the loyalty of the customer.

That's why a lot of people keep going back ,myself included but I'm sure there are some that are unhappy people who leave there too. Service and a smile goes a long way. I might be driving Fords today if I was treated the way I was when I bought my truck back in 95 from GM. My loyalty is in the people not the brand..

If a person is interested in a car or truck. The best time to look is on a Sunday. Its the law here in IL that a car or truck can't be sold on a Sunday. No monkeys to bother you, look all you want.
