This is corn country. In July, August, and September one can cut the air with a knife.

I can drive about an hour and a half towards Vancouver. When you stop and get out of your vehicle you sure can feel the difference in the air.

I never worked in A/C but when you got off of work and home you were wiped out.

Yep. It seems like a day spent in the heat just wipes a person out. There is no AC where I work and once the heat gets into the building it takes some time for it to cool down.
