Could this be the up and coming 7.0L engine that will replace the 6.8L V10 and perhaps even the 6.2L?

No. This is the 'Hurricane', or '777' engine, forerunner of the 'Boss' 6.2L that Ford was testing about 8 years ago. Far as I know this was dropped with all the other versions of the 6.2L.

Although I doubt it, rumor has it that the next generation Shelby GT500 may have a supercharged 7.0 so they can claim Kingship over the Dodge Demon.
