'05-'07 Front End Conversion on a '99 F-250 SD
I beg forgiveness in advance.
I know there's a TON of posts about this conversion, but I'm having a hell of a time finding any that contain part numbers for this swap, or any detailed instructions/progression.
Am I completely blind, and missing something staring me in the face?

Well, ultimately, it was easier to start digging through fordparts.com, eBay listings, Rock Auto and other sites to track down the information I've been looking for, since I can't find a comprehensive post here that contains all the information.
I'll list out what I've found, for anyone else looking for the same. Note that, for my truck, I'm going with black bumpers/black grille, as I despise the chrome on my truck. That said, these part numbers will get you in the ballpark, if you wanted chrome.

Well, kinda disheartened by lack of responses, given that this information isn't the easiest to dig up. I would have thought some post somewhere would have covered it, but, alas, I cannot find one.
That said, I'm making progress, and will continue to document this for anyone else that's looking to do the same.
LMC Truck sells all of the fasteners and clips needed for this:
Truck Parts and Truck Accessories
Buying everything new, though, adds up to about $130-$140, pre-shipping
I found a local wrecking yard that had front passenger smashed '05 F-350, and bought the bent-up bumper assembly from them for $40.
Picked that up this morning, and salvaged every single fastener, clip and push-pin that I needed to assemble my parts listed above - also got the license plate frame that was snapped to it, so score there, too.
Front bumper is all painted and assembled, rear bumper is all painted and assembled, and tomorrow will hopefully be install day!

Also, this video:
Does a decent job of showing R&I of a bumper assembly.
Pulling the bumper from the wrecking yard donor was easy.
Four 18mm-head bolts in the front (2-per tow hook area) and two 13mm-head bolts to disconnect the inner frame brackets, and she's off. Of course, if there's fog lights, you'll need to disconnect the wiring harness on those.

Well, mostly done with the swap now - little bit of tweaking/alignment needed, but, I'm real happy with how it turned out!
Here's the truck as I bought it from the dealer:
Here's the interim look (cow catcher removed, diamond-clear headlights installed:
And, here's the final setup:
I'm REAL happy with how it turned out!! Such a night-and-day difference. I'm almost can't believe it's the same truck.

That looks awesome! I too am thinking about converting my front end, thanks for the information.

Yeah, it wasn't too difficult - just pay attention to what you remove from where - magnet bowls are your friend!
The "hardest" part was removing the old and installing the new header panel - the new header panel has loose center mounts that have to be tightened up, and, at least on my truck, there's some push-pin/christmas tree fasteners that have to be popped loose from some rubber "air blockers" (looks like it keeps hot air from the radiator/condenser area from being sucked into the intake) then re-attached.
I had some extra work due to the previous owner's install of the grille guard/cow catcher - the brackets that held that on took the place of the tow rings, and moved those forward - I had to work around the old bumper to get those off, as they prevented removal of the bumper, but, again, nothing horribly difficult.
It's nice to have an extra pair of hands to help align the bumper when installing.
I ended up leaving these off:
They mount at the outboard corners of the bumper, and are supposed to bolt into the frame.
I would need to go look at a "real" '05-'07 to see if I'm possibly missing some kind of spacer or something, but they seem about an inch, or inch-and-a-half too short.
I'm wondering if there's some accommodation for them on the newer truck that mine doesn't have, but, frankly, I don't see a huge need for them - the bumper seems just fine without them.

You say you bought a 6.0 header panel correct? If I'm understanding correctly, the lights should work with a bit of trimming to the 7.3 header panel right? Personally, I'd rather just buy the 6.0 header panel. I like a clean look even though nobody will probably say "You're header panel looks terrible" lol.

I won't swear to it, but I don't believe the header panel is engine specific - this sits forward of the radiator/core support, and I'm pretty sure it's just model-year specific.
I did see a number of comments and threads about people trimming their stock panels, but at $127.86 (dealer list, about $30-$40 cheaper from eBay, where I bought mine), it was worth it to just buy the new panel.
