ultimate cooling?

ultimate cooling?
was running a logging road over the weekend. drove it for about 5 miles and engine temps went to 210. stopped and let it cool, went to low range and got the rpms up and helped but occasionally it would get to 200. so now i want a ultimate radiator. any suggestions??

Go with a quality aluminum radiator. If everything else is in good shape cooling system and engine wise, it will make a huge difference. I have seen temp drops of up to 30 degrees. Also, make sure that your fan shroud is in decent shape and that the fan is close enough to the radiator to pull air.

been looking, that is kinda of what i thought. any one any better than the other or go for price?
my 5.8 lightening crate motor just arrived yesterday. figured if the old 302 ran a little warm things would just get worse.

Are you sure it is your radiator? Have you checked your thermostat? Timing? Shroud? Fan Clutch? I would say to save your money and make sure you have a problem with your new motor... but if you just bought a 5.8 lightning crate motor... another $400 for an aluminum 4core should be just a drop in the bucket.
