If it ran good prior to putting it into storage, I would first check for vermin in the exhaust system.

Okay, I spent way to much time, but think I'm narrowing in.

First, I have inspected all vacuum lines from the intake to the power brake to the power clutch. I replaced on section that likely didn't need to be replaced.

I also replaced the distributor advance line.

Still won't idle well at all at stoplights, and I think is running on the rich side.

After not having any success, I removed the vacuum line at the power brake booster (1/2 line leaking directly to atmosphere) while attempting to idle and the engine took right off like someone floored it!

Additionally, I have read that a worn holley 94 could have a vacuum leak in the shafts? Mine seems to leak a little gas.. not trying to add a red hearing, I just want my truck to run right!

It sure sounds like a leaking power valve. Running real rich, then when you opened the vac line it had plenty of air and fuel.

Test it by taking the carb off, removing the bowl cover (top half) and the throttle section (bottom part). Fill the bowl with gas and set it over a rag, watch it for a couple hours. If the fuel is gone, and the rag is wet, the PV is leaking.

Whose rebuild kit did you use?

Leakage at the throttle shafts wouldn't cause this kind of problem.

I didn't see any mention of a wet test. Squrt some oil in the cyl - wide open throttle
if the pressure rises its rings. If pressure stays the same its valves not seating..

You hit the nail on the head - in inspecting the power valve, I found that the gasket had worked itself upon installation into a position that prevented proper seating of the valve.

Took the truck out last evening after correcting that condition and drove beautifully! I just now need to dial in the carb adjustment.

As for the compression test values, I'm not sure what to make of that, but they are consistent and the truck runs!
