93 f150 audio?

Can anyone tell me what size speakers are in my 93 extended cab f150 front and back? I was also thinking of moving the back seat up 4 inches and installing some subs,anyone done this?

6 1/2" in the doors and 6 x 8 (I think) in the rear

I think there 6x8 in the rear.What are some good subs that I could mount under the back seat? Im going to raise it 4 inches.
