Where is this Option?

How can I show the digital numerical readout of water temp above the gauge? For the life of me I can't find where to turn that option on but I know I've found it in the past.

Any help is appreciated.I attached a screen cap from the Ike F250 Gauntlet video from TFL for example of what I'm looking for.

It only pops up once you hit a certain temp. No way to keep it permanent at the moment.

The idea is that the exact information (trans temp or coolant temp) is not necessary most of the time, but when those temps do start to rise above a certain threshold...the cluster displays exact data for the driver's benefit.

There is a FORScan option that allows you to permanently turn these readings on, but unfortunately FORScan does not allow writing to the instrument cluster as of right now.
