I Did Not Plan This !
It all started kind of innocent like....
I have been planning to order a F-350 6.2L CCLB XLT for quite some time.
I had been searching for one close by to test drive, however that configuration is kinda rare in these parts. I wanted to drive one before I ordered.
Then a week ago Saturday, I spotted one in my local dealer's inventory.
I said to the wife.. Want to go test drive a truck ?
Sure she says, lets go.... (This is where the trouble started)
So we went to the dealer, I said I want to test drive this truck, handing him a copy of their inventory number (Black CCLB 6.2L)
Sure he said, here you go..... (The trouble was getting deeper !!!)
I drove it for about 12 miles or so, and I loved it.
When we got back to the dealer, he says.. Ya want this one ?
No I says, I don't like black, and I want different options, as I hand him my desired option list.
He says would you consider a Lariat ?
Have not thought about it I says.
He says I can order you a truck, no problem... but...
I have 2 CCLB Lariat trucks he says, why not take a Look.
I looked... I liked.... My wife says get the Magnetic one.... (Alarm bells going off)
I now own a Magnetic Lariat F-350 CCLB 4X4 FX4.........
My Ordering plans went right out the window......
I had the dealer get a Line-X sprayed in, and add a Ford (Advantage) tri Fold soft Tonneau.
I am adding Gatorback Mud Flaps, OEM wheel well liners, and a AMP research Bed Extender this weekend.
I love this thing !!!!!!!
