That is my thinking also, match the radio.

BTW could the stock color be aqua?
A green blue color used in other cars/trucks back in the day.

If, for any reason, the green colored LEDs do not work out for you, I have an instrument cluster taken from a newer [1992?] medium duty truck. The filters are green and crystal clear.
