69 Camaro

Imt helping a family friend sell his 69 Camaro.

I dont have any idea what this generation Camaro's value is.

Here are the details on his car that I know of:

69 Camaro

Original owner

PS

AC

4 wheel drum brakes

Original: 307/3 speed. Now: non original block 307/tremec 5 speed.

3.08 rear end, I dont know if it is a posi.

Frost Green with black vinyl top

Body is 8/10, minor dings minor rust, solid floor pans, roof under vinyl top is rust free, vinyl was replaced and is in excellent condition. Interior is original and in good shape but could use freshening up. All original glass. He runs chrome reverse rims and air shocks.

Original sheet metal, no accidents. Wiring harness is untouched as is the dash,

No mods, other than the tranny, wheels, air shocks, this car is pretty much the way he drove it off the lot in 69. The ac was converted a couple years ago.

The owner is 74 years old and bought the car when he graduated Dental School in 69. He has two kids that have no interest in the car and he doesnt enjoy working on it anymore, so its time to let it go.

Im having breakfast with him on Thursday and will get some pics. We will try the local CL.

Thanks

Any help on fixing the value?

between 10 and 25 grand. if you can find someone that wants a "plain jane" car. people usually want big block 4 speed cars.

I know 69 was the most desirable year and of the 223k that were manufactured Im guessing less than 1/2 survive.

We all want a big block 4 speed car but not many of those were made either.
