Also can you tell me what this fusible link is for? It's fried and one of the PO's did some hinky stuff here. The green wire that is attached to it is also plugged into my ignition switch block next to an orange wire? The otherside of the link looks like there was a blue wire.
Ignition block with green wire put in with the orange wire.
I'm going to open up the rest of the harness and see if there's a blue wire that's fried.
My 69 F-250 has the relay and you can hear it operate when I turn on the headlights. I only have the fender mounted camper special lights, no roof mounted clearance lights.
Jeff, is this the diagram for a 72 Camper Special / Sport Custom?
I have never used a diagram so I find them a little imposing.
I hate being ignorant. Just something I have never learned...yet.
I wish the color coding was standard.
That is universal to 1972 pickups. But I think yours is wired like a 67/69 camper Special. Here is another one that shows the C/S fender lamps. This illustration shows all marker lamps possible. Not just the fender lamps. Notice the marker lamp relay and circuit breaker in this illustration. The vary same as what you're asking about. And what you showed a picture of in post #1.
