Ford 600 Wrecker
Hi all. I just bought a big Ford 600 tow truck VIN# 1F60DEG76835. Title says 1970. I know it isn't becaise it has the old single master cylinder, What year is it, or did I buy a truck with altered VIN? It looks like a 1965, or 66. Thanks in advance for your help. Len

the title is probably accurate as to the body rather than the frame and drivetrain. I would post this in the 67---72 forum as well because those folks are very knowledgeable . You probably will get more responses down there than here but that's just my guess. See if you can take some pics of the engine and the body as well and post in the a gallery. Sounds like you really found yourself a big truck. Probably about 6 mpg if you're lucky........sk
