I want a STEEL cowl induction hood for my truck and i can't seem to find one. I've found fiberglass ones but i belive fiberglass only belongs on sports cars any how,,if anyone knows where i can find one i'd appriciate it.

I don’t think any one makes a steel hood for the 1992-1996, even though the lightnings are popular.
If you want a cowl steel hood you can have one custom made with the hood on you truck and a steel cowl.
I’m not sure who does it or how much it cost, but some body shops might know.
I’m guessing the price of a custom steel cowl hood is steep.
On the other hand if you must have one and don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for a custom steel, go with fiberglass.
I wouldn’t want fiberglass either if I could get a steel one.

BTW, your truck sounds awesome from what you described, do you have any pictures.
