The sparks plugs breaking is only on the 3V engines because of the two piece design. Since they came out techniques have been created to not break them. Replacing the spark plugs is a piece of cake should only be a 30 min job if the engine is not hot. On my 99 5.4 I actually had every spark plug eject over an 8 year period, very frustrating. The heads on the 5.4s only had 3 threads to hold in the plug.
